Sample #1 existing kitchen

This is the begining of a typical kitchen remodel. We start with consultations, measurements and site visits, and then move on to the fun drawings of our potential kitchen space. See drawings below.

This kitchen space has great potential because of its meduim-sized floorspace, natural lighting and the ability to push out into the adjoining living area. The problems are the soffits, lack of storage, and it doesn't quit fit in with the rest of the newly remodeled house.

This initial plan specifies a cooktop and freestanding hood on an L-shaped eating peninsula. Note the wine cubbies on the left side of the hutch. Click thumbnails for larger views.

The interior of the kitchen show a base oven, lots of drawer storage and varying heights for the eating area.

A decorative hutch incorporates a desk area where meal planning or bill paying can be done. This is also a great place for decorative china or wine glasses.
